Oceanfront House available in a secured and gated community with private access to the beach which is just a walk down the stairs. This House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with WIFI for all your devices. My favorite spot in this house is the balcony with a beautiful ocean view. Best morning coffee view ever.
The House has four king/queen beds to sleep 10 very comfortably but also has a couch and plenty of other space for parties of more than 10. (which might cause extra fee) I should also mention there is a master bedroom downstairs with a beautiful ocen view right from the bed and access to the terrace and wet bar.
Just 12 miles south of the US Border and 4 miles north of Rosarito makes this House very accessible to experience and enjoy the nightlife and food varieties that both Rosarito and Tijuana have to offer as well as a short ride back to the border or the Tijuana airport.
The house is adjacent to a condo within the same property. The condo is wall to wall to the house and when its rented it shares the three terraces available. Which are described as follows: The first is an open area perfect for sunbathing, practicing Yoga or any other relaxing under the sun activities. This areas only shade is under the bar in the corner. The second area has a fire-pit, a BBQ and a table that provides the perfect atmosphere to have a dinner to remember forever. The third is down on the beach. This area has a table under a Palapa so you may relax with a cooler full of your favorite drinks just one step away from the beach.
Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. There are also a number of small restaurants and bars at the exit of San Antonio del Mar's security gate.
As you can see, whether you need to get away to relax or maybe to get a little wild, this House is perfect for several couples, a group of friends or a large family that needs an escape.
