Mini Vacation stay

Overall the property was very nice. Workers, security were helpful. We did have to contact the owner for a door issue but he was great and arrived quickly to help us. the place was just missing a few little items I wish I'd known about. Overall a great stay.

Last Minute Cancellation

Everything looked amazing and tranquil and we were very excited to stay at the property. However, on the day of RIGHT before we left, I get a notification that our reservation was canceled. I was overcome with an overwhelming sense of confusion and anxiety because there was no conversation with the owner prior to the cancellation other than our names and information and we were given absolutely zero notice. The message he left explaining the cancellation just said "water leak on the property" with no apology for the last minute cancellation and/or inconvenience this had caused. I understand things happen and unforeseen circumstances arise, but he could have communicated better ahead of time providing a notice and not waiting an hour before check-in to inform us. We were definitely disappointed and upset as we had been planning this trip for weeks.

Kickoff to Summer

We couldn't have picked a better place... From the beautiful sunsets to waking up listening to the waves crashing right outside our balcony. Simply amazing! The property is very well kept. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Management was very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. We felt safe and had a great time. We will be back!

Good view, but 3 stars

Property is at a scenic location. However, encountered both ants and a dead mouse at the property. It essentially is still under construction, with walls still partially painted and outlet edges taken out of the wall. Towels had iron stains on them and couch was warped by water stains. Toilet was broken. Only the toilet was addressed during our short stay by management, which became rather defensive when we brought some of these other matters to their attention. For the premium five star price that is charged for this townhome, we should not have encountered a number of these other nuisances we experienced during this stay. The property needs to be deep cleaned(especially important during COVID-19 pandemic), completely painted, get new towels, and new living room furniture at minimum before it can be worth the price it charges.
