Great view!

Besides the musty smell this unit had a great view of the ocean. What ruined this for me was the fact that there was no water on our last night in Las Gaviotas. We couldn't shower, let alone wash our hands. Response from the owner was less than inviting. I'll be back, just not at this location.

Shermans at Las Gaviotas - chapter 1

Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom provide stunning ocean views. Conveniently located near the pool and only steps from the private beach. Comfortable large living area to enjoy a break from the outdoors while still feeling you are not missing out on the great outdoors! The master bedroom is spacious and the amazing windows again provide a wonderful opportunity for relaxing. I could have set on the bed looking out the window the whole vacation…but didn’t. So much to do! Waves, beach, pool, strolling, brewery and a great restaurant just across the street. Large and well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook when we were tired of eating out and we appreciated the water filter in the kitchen. My teenage boys had a great time. One slept in the den and that gave them the privacy they need ;) A wonderful experience! The Shermans had a blast, thank you!

What a spot!

First time staying in Las Gaviotas for me, will certainly be back. The views are excellent, keep an eye on the waves from your bed and living room. Just a stones throw from the community pool and hot tub and just a 2 min walk to the waves. Home is well kept and clean with everything you need for a weekend getaway. Beds are comfortable and the internet met my expectations for working during my stay. Gary was quick to respond when we needed help what more can you ask for!

Great getaway

We have visited Las Gaviotas multiple times and stayed in different places but this has, by far, the best view to wake up to! Falling asleep and waking up to the ocean was spectacular. Communication was a breeze, check in at the gate was easy and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Amazing mini-vacation!

This place has a beautiful view, is very clean, quiet, and I love the location, only 5 minutes from Puerto Nuevo and 15 from Playas De Rosarito. I strongly recommend this beautiful house!

Windows for days!

We’ve stayed there twice and will visit again! Gaviotas is gorgeous and relaxing, close to many fun (and safe) things to do. The location of this house is great for the pool, shuffleboard and has a great table for playing games with a beautiful view. And a cozy movie room for when the sun goes down.

Great place to stay

One of the nicest houses we’ve stayed. Place was clean. Wonderful walk to wall views of the water! Close to the pool and walking paths. Master bath was very nicely remodeled… big kitchen if you want to cook. We will definitely look into staying there again… need to bring your wine glasses though……

Love this place!

We love this home and the location to all the spots within Las Gaviotas if we are walking down to the beach for a surf, going to the pool to dip or grab tacos, or leaving the property to head to other places in the area. The home is kept very clean and love the open windows! We will definitely be coming back again as we’ve stayed at this property multiple times now. Thanks Gary!!

Great home!

Easy to find and great location within the Las Gaviotas community. The house is on a corner with easy parking. We loved the floor plan of the home for our family. The den was perfect for our teenager and the master bedroom felt like a retreat! Very spacious and clean. The ocean view was priceless. There was plenty of storage space and everything we needed in the kitchen. The owner was very communicative. Thank you for sharing your home.

Absolutely in love with this place!

It’s hard to describe in words how amazing this property and community were. The view was stunning. We could see the surf break perfectly from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the house was very spacious. The community was extremely friendly and we felt very safe. The guards were nice and even made conversation as they passed by. This place was a dream and we cannot wait to get back. Highly highly recommended!
