"The house was spotless, and very well maintained. Every need was anticipated, even for pet dogs. It was decorated very nicely. The furniture in the house looked fine but was so uncomfortable we found it impossible to stay. The mattress on the bed was so soft, my husband was unable to sleep on it. He spent two very uncomfortable nights on the couch before we left the second morning of our 7 day reservation. I notified the host, and she didn’t respond at all. "The place was confortable and many amenities were provided. The only item missing was Kleenex. Since it was cold weather we could not enjoy the back deck. It would be a wonderful space when temperatures are warmer. "

"We have stayed at Charming Beaver several times and it never disappoints. It has everything we need and always enjoy breathtaking views, hot tub and great porch just sit and relax. The only recommendation I would have is to try and get rid of the large spiders on the side outside of screened in porch. The web was huge along with several f the spiders. We will be back next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us!"
