Riverfront Home near Sequoia National Park with EV charger.

This house is comfortably situated on quiet Cherokee Oaks Drive in Three Rivers, California with the seasonal South Fork of the Kaweah River flowing through the backyard! It it located six miles from the main entrance of Sequoia National Park. 

The house is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom with a loft and can sleep up to six guests. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV. The backyard features a relaxing covered deck, charcoal grill area and private access to the seasonal river with a captivating view from a tree swing.

Sept Sequoia visit

The location was perfect. 6 miles from the Sequoia National Park. The cottage was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped. Being a cottage the bathrooms were a little dated. The back patio was great. Right on the edge of the river. At dusk the bugs come out. He covered deck has bug netting. Do to infrequent use it is basically inoperative. The Sequoia River Cottage was a perfect base camp for our 2 day Sequoia Park visit.

The house was beautiful and spacious. The sound of the flowing river was so nice. My kids loved the river and it was hard getting them to come in to go to bed. Close to the south entrance of Sequoia. Would definitely go back!

Fantastic vacation house

This house has the basics and more, from a box of kleenex in every room to a chess set. Sitting out on the porch with the river flowing by, was so relaxing. The smell of the jasmine flowers was wonderful. My grandson loved picking oranges right off the tree to eat. A perfect place to vacation.

Wonderful time in absolutely serene and beautiful setting

The three rivers cottage is conveniently located to the Sequoia National Park. The cottage is beautiful, decorated with taste and is very comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay here and made full use of the backyard to view birds, animals and stars. We would love to return soon.

Very enjoyable stay

Our stay at the Sequoia River Cottage was very enjoyable. Great Cottage, great setting, easy and thorough communications from both the property owners and the local property managers. I highly recommend the Sequoia River Cottage.

Wonderful!

My family and I had such a great time staying at Monica and Matt’s home. They were absolutely wonderful and very welcoming and so was their home. The ambiance was absolutely amazing with the river in the backyard and all the wonderful sounds of nature around us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will be back and highly recommend anyone visiting the sequoias to stay here!

A magical & cozy Christmas

After a stressful 2021, instead of traveling to the midwest to visit family, we decided to get away to your cozy cabin. We loved the fireplace, the river and the boys loved the loft. We were hoping to go play in the snow but the park was closed so instead we enjoyed cuddling in the cabin and playing near the local river/lakes. This trip was exactly what we needed and now we have all these amazing family memories.

Great for families visiting Sequoia

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. 5 minutes to slick rock rec area, which we visited every day, and 1 hour to the Giant Forest museum in Sequoia NP. The kids loved sleeping in the loft above the kitchen. The kitchen had everything you could think of. Even though the river behind the house was dried up, we still saw a black bear, deer, great horned owl, quail, turkey, possum and skunk so incredibly close, using the riverbed as a path. The house is very comfortable and great for families.

Sequoia River Cottage

A very beautiful, comfortable stay. The pictures do it justice. A good location for hiking in Sequoia NP. Our only regret was that we didn't plan a rest day, wanted more time to hang out at the cottage.

Relaxing birthday getaway

Everything about this property and vacation was a dream. The house was clean and had everything we needed. An abundant amount of towels. The sound of the river running in back was perfect sound for naps on the deck in the afternoon after spending the morning hiking and exploring the NP. My son loved going down and seeing the ducks and running all over the years. It was the perfect place to spend a few days outside of the city and hustle and bustle. The host and the managers were very communicative and helpful. It was a fantastic place!!!

Great Location and Nice cozy house

We were welcomed by the crowed of wild turkeys bathing in the river just when we arrived at the house. We stayed here for 2 nights. House was clean and had everything we needed. Location is close to the Sequoia park entrance, markets and restaurants. Check in/out process went smoothly without any problems. We enjoyed the stay very much and we will come back in the summer time for sure!
