We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse. The place was spotless and in a very scenic and quiet location on the bay. The host provided all the info we needed to have a great stay.. Highly recommend.

The host is a lovely, caring host and her cottage is very nicely appointed. We lacked for nothing. We kayaked and rode bikes and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. The property was so pretty private and extremely quiet. You could hear the sounds of the waves it was just so peaceful. Everything you could need was there and we were able to meet our host she was so pleasant and welcoming. The water front area was great even with the lake cold we still had a blast on the water.we will definitely be booking there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are on the second floor so our kids got their energy out going up and down. We enjoyed having the water nearby, the use of the kayaks and the outdoor space. If we come this way again, we will return here.

Very nice cottage on the water with a great host, with extra amenities like snacks, coffee station and bottled water, extra towels (including beach towels) and nice toiletries including body lotion. The lake and kayaks were wonderful, if you take the kayaks out you can turn left to paddle along untouched nature preserve and the water is very blue. Very quiet spot but only 15-20 minutes to shops, a few restaurants and cafes, and excellent fishing in Cape Vincent. We will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time in Three Mile Bay! All of the amenities and little touches made us feel comfortable and welcome. Great stay if you’re looking to do some day trips around the 1000 Island area, especially Cape Vincent and Clayton.

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the isolated area, the host was very nice and accommodating, and we had plenty to do with swimming, kayaking, making s’mores, and playing in the outdoor space!

Great spot

Cute property...well done interior...perfect for a small family or 2 couples. We enjoyed sitting on the flat stone shore in our beach chairs as the waves washed by...very relaxing watching the wildlife.

We had an excellent stay. The property was very clean and well appointed. The beds were super comfortable which was great after long days out on the water. The host was very kind. I would definitely stay there again and plan to do so.

The property is perfect! The location is right on the water, secluded yet a short drive into the various villages. Vivian is a great host and was very welcoming. Both bedrooms have everything you need and the kitchen and bath sit centrally between them. It is well appointed and we loved the quiet stay!

Mini vacation

Clean cozy and peaceful, very private beach access and view sounded like we were on the ocean Amazing amenities ...comfortable beds and bedding with kitchen and seating appliances and all the supplies owner thought of everything. The place was spotless - highly recommend !
