House rules :
• Please avoid eating in the bedrooms.
• Kindly remove your shoes when inside the house.
• We appreciate your consideration in keeping noise levels down, especially after 9:00 PM.
• Parties and large events are strictly prohibited. Any violations will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund—regardless of whether it is your first or second night.
• Strictly no smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
• Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on the second floor or in the bedrooms.
• Please avoid cooking foods with strong spices, as they can leave lingering odors for future guests.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs will be subject to additional fees, as our cleaners are scheduled to arrive at that time and are paid hourly.

Extra cost
• Use of the washer and dryer is available at an additional cost for both short and long stays. Access code will be provided upon request. Please note that detergent is not supplied.
• EV charging is available at an additional cost.

Important note. •Cameras for Safety and Security: To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, there are 5 cameras placed around the exterior of the home. These cameras are focused on monitoring the perimeter and entry points for security purposes. Please rest assured that they do not monitor any private indoor spaces.
• Garage Access for EV Charging: The garage is available for use only if you are charging an electric vehicle. If you plan to use it, let us know in advance, and we’ll provide you with access to the garage.
