Staff were lovely, helpful, polite and courteous throughout my stay. Had a lovely suite (401) which was right near the spa. DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham-Gateway
Hotel was nice and welcome was good. I was rudely awaken at 5am in my room from the sound of deliveries and recycling glass bottles which is awful considering the reason we use hotels is to sleep. It has completely ruined my day with work due to tiredness I am now facing. Not one at all

Hex Wildlife Hotel
Brilliant venue great facilities and spacious clean rooms. The zoo itself is also stunning

The Plough Retreat
Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There ...

Apartment 5
We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.

Rent My Spa Home with Pool table, Hottub and Sauna
We wanted somewhere to spend Christmas that was as stress free as possible & gave us the space needed for 14 people, ranging in ages from 3 - 83, plus 3 dogs. We got that & more in this house. It had everything we needed & we had a lovely Christmas.
