We kindly ask you to respect our home and treat it as your own, so it remains spotless for all future guests and your returns. However, we know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. If such an unfortunate event occurs, please relax as all our homes come with $2,000.00 accidental damage insurance. Let us know, and we can get it taken care of at no expense to you.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a minimum fee of $1,500 due to payment for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
Smoking is allowed in the backyard only!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

We do allow pets and do charge $150 per pet.

★Pool Heater★
The pool heater is $150 per day and takes 24-48 hours to heat up. The pool heater is an optional amenity and not guranteed.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host/Owner.
