This stunning stone-built house, originally constructed in 1901, has been lovingly renovated to a high standard, combining historic charm with modern amenities.

The open-plan social area includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, ideal for family meals and gatherings. A separate cosy living room, complete with a wood burner and Smart TV, offers a relaxing space to unwind. For quieter moments, the snug provides an additional retreat, also with a Smart TV, perfect for reading or enjoying a movie. Upstairs, the property boasts three spacious bedrooms, two king-sized rooms and a twin, along with a family bathroom featuring a freestanding roll-top bath and shower. The large, raised garden at the rear offers breath taking countryside views, a patio, and a lawn, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxation.

Cowesby’s prime location on the edge of the North York Moors National Park makes it a dream destination for nature lovers.
