Just 1 km from the owners’ house, nestled in a secret clearing in the woods, this magnificent 400 m² estate invites you to relax and enjoy conviviality. Comprising a main house and a carefully renovated barn, it offers a warm and authentic setting.

• Six cozy bedrooms, spread between the main house and the barn, each with its private bathroom for your comfort.
• Two welcoming lounges: one cozy corner with a wood stove for warm evenings, and another in the barn with large openings to enjoy the sun or play ping-pong.
• A friendly, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
• Elegant decor blending family furniture, vintage pieces from antique shops, and touches of exoticism, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere.

Enjoy the private, heated, tiled swimming pool for refreshing dips in complete tranquility. Take delightful walks in the surrounding forest or simply relax while admiring nature.
Located in the "Les Orfeuilles" estate in Monthou-sur-Cher, this exceptional place is passionately managed by Stéphanie and David de Schrynmakers, who will be delighted to warmly welcome you.
A getaway for respectful families and couples:
This place is reserved for those who will appreciate and respect the beauty and integrity of this precious setting. Young people under 30, parties, evening events, or weddings are not permitted, in order to preserve the peace and magic of the site.
Booking conditions:
• The rate is listed per person on our website.
• If you wish to host more people, an additional fee of €50 per night per person will be charged upon arrival.
• For a weekend stay: arrival between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Friday, departure in the late afternoon on Sunday.
• For a week: arrival from 4 p.m. on Saturday, departure at 9:30 a.m. the following Saturday.
• Upon departure, a security deposit of €1,000 will be requested and refunded if everything is in order.
• Consumption costs (electricity, water, heating) will be settled based on actual usage, with a metering system at check-in and check-out for fair and transparent billing, especially with the advent of electric vehicles.
