The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, and the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.

Basic kitchen and bathroom amenities are also provided so you can fully enjoy your stay upon arrival.

## Neighborhood

Nestled in the Esterel massif on a 1,049-hectare estate, Théoule offers breathtaking views of the sea, coast, and mountains from its coves and red rock coves.

Tucked away in a small cove in the Esterel mountains, Théoule is a peaceful and heavenly seaside resort with everything to delight vacationers.

You'll discover turquoise waters lapping its sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, and numerous coves and coves made of the red rocks of the Esterel mountains.

You can stroll through its pretty little marina with its mini red stone lighthouse and admire some beautiful gleaming residences surrounded by gardens. You can't miss the superb crenellated red stone castle, known as the "Château des Mineurs," which is actually a former 18th-century soap factory converted into a vacation residence.

Its mild year-round climate, rich flora, and diverse landscapes between the Grande Bleue and the Estérel mountains are increasingly attracting nature lovers... who will be in heaven as they explore the trails leading to the surrounding peaks (including the Grosses Grues peak, which rises to 440 meters) or to the Pointe de l'Aiguille: a sublime park of red rocks plunging into a clear sea.

It is located 6 kilometers from Mandelieu-la-Napoule, 9 from Cannes, 40 from Nice, 30 from Fréjus, and 37 from Saint-Raphaël.

## Transit

To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and get off at Cannes SNCF train station, which is about a thirty-minute taxi ride away. - You can drive to the Mandelieu-la-Napoule exit on the A8 motorway, which is 35 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is 45 minutes - 1 hour 15 minutes away by car, depending on the travel time.

## Notes

Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided for each guest (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. However, dishes must be washed and the trash disposed of.

If you would like regular housekeeping, this is available upon request.
This service costs €35 per hour.

One or more changes of sheets and towels are available upon request.
The complete kit, a bed and two towel sets, costs €40.

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable and clean condition. During their stay, guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, and the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the security deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic rules.

Smoking is not permitted inside.

PLEASE NOTE: The residence is extremely quiet, and the co-owners are very committed to this tranquility.
