"House was a nice large space to accommodate our needs and convenient location to what we wanted to do. Tractor came each day to plow the driveway so we didn't have to dig out of the snow. We did have some issues with the August Stay app but Tamer was quick to answer our call and we were able to work out the problem. The house wasn't horribly dirty but it wasn't the cleanest. "The house is just incredible, lots of commodities. We were 2 couples with kids and we had a blast. Grand Bend Beach is near by so the groceries, restaurants and little boutiques. The Brown family have a well organized book with all the things to know and do during your stay. We just love it and will come back for sure 😁"

"What a beautiful rental place. Very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Cooked most of our meals. Has a full kitchen. The host Mike and Deb were accomadating. Provided quick service and responses while we were there. Close to grocery stores. Property is on the main strip. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend."

"Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve."

"The unit inside is a beautiful space but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cob webbs in the corners and lighting fixtures. The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. "Our key code did not work so the building manager let us into the apartment! He was very helpful and polite! The kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking.
