The Wash National Nature Reserve

Muy buena localización, 20-30 minutis del centro en metro. Habitación muy pequeña però bien para un par de noches.

Our overall experience did not fully meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon arrival, we found the room poorly cleaned. The floor and living room carpet were visibly dirty, as if they had not been vacuumed. I had to contact reception immediately to request cleaning, although our request was handled promptly. The bedroom was also quite small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around the bed. Additionally, there were no bedside tables or reading lamps on both sides of the bed. The in-room amenities were disappointing for a 4-star property. There were no slippers, bathrobes or other basic comforts, only shampoo and shower gel. Another major inconvenience was the elevators. During peak hours, waiting times could reach 10–15 minutes, which was frustrating and tiring. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety, and the hotel's location was excellent. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room facilities and elevator service to meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel.

Excelente hotel, habitacion impecable, amplia y super cómoda la cama, por las mañanas tomábamos el buffet y todo exquisito de calidad… la atención del personal muy amable y atentos y la ubicación inmejorable. Cerca de varias paradas de bus que hicieron llegar fascil a mis destinos.
