"Had a fine stay. Bathroom lighting was very dim - had a difficult time getting ready to attend a wedding. No fan in bathroom. No full length mirror and small space for hanging clothes. Family of four in a room with two queens - beds were comfy. Just needed a little more space to move around and put suitcases."

"The staff was so nice and helpful at check in and through out the night coming and going. The property is beautiful. It was within walking distance of major attractions in the area. You do have to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of; I may have just missed that in the description. So that was a bummer. But overall was perfect location and just what we needed for our concert"

"The staff is amazing. They were a little behind on having the rooms ready. They handled the situation with great attitudes and stayed calmed and patient. We had to be somewhere by 5 and it was 4:51. They upgraded our room so we could get to our appointment. Very professional."

"Never left the property as there was so much to do. The light show in the central lobby and bar was a surprise. We recommend the Train Shed restaurant and taking the large ferris wheel which is steps away.
Our room was spacious and quiet."

"For starters we arrived just after 4:00pm for our 4:00pm check in only to find out that our room was not ready until after 5 and we had to wait in the tiny lobby for nearly an hour. The room had trash on the floor in multiple places, there was hair all around the sink and counters in the bathroom, the sink took 10 minutes or more to drain and, there was toothpaste splattered on the wall. We took the kids to the pool, much smaller than anticipated and the men’s restroom at the pool had a broken...

"We waited in line to check in for 1.5hrs as they stated rooms weren’t ready for check in. This caused us to miss our dinner reservations and arrive late to our concert. Upon entering the room, there was hair in the shower, a messy, thrown together bed and many things broken - toilet paper holder, wallpaper peeling off the wall, shower dispensers broken, etc..The worst of it all, after getting back to our room after the concert, there was absolutely no water in the shower. Due to the high volume...
