  • Beautiful clean spacious villa minutes from Sumter landing. This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing . Great location to the adult pools, family pools and rec ctrs. Many activities at the pools and rec ctrs including pool tables, horseshoes, pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard and many more activities.

    Many restaurants and shopping locations easily accessible via golf cart or car. We have never had any issues with our golf cart due to its wonderful lithium battery however we do have a towing subscription for your peace of mind. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet, and use of lithium battery electric golf cart-no need to mess with gas. Although we have never had an issue we do have a towing contract for your piece of mind. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai, Lanai also has glass enclosure to be able to enjoy in inclement weather.

    Free guest passes to use the many close pools and recreation centers (will need names of guest, dob and address one week prior to rental period), optional golf passes (fee). 1 bedroom with king bed, also equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people. Come experience the glorious amenities and life-style The Villages has to offer. Truly is an Oasis like no other.

    You wont find a more active and responsive host ! We go beyond to make sure your vacation is relaxing with no stress. Your comfort, relaxation and fun is of utmost importance to us. Don't waste time with management companies who are concerned about the dollar.

Had a wonderful stay. The property was awesome and in a great location. Having access to the golf cart was a big plus. Great checkin process and good communication. We will be back!

Great vacation!

We had a great time staying here! We’ve been wanting to check out the Villages - and this villa was in a nice location to many things. We enjoyed pickleball, exploring the area with the golf cart, and nightly music in the village squares. The villa was very spacious. We’d love to come back next year. Thanks!

Perfect location/Perfect Stay

This is an adorable one bedroom cottage! It was just perfect for me and my husband. Diane was wonderful and very responsive. We wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back!!!

Very clean home, and great location to Lake Sumnter. We loved our visit, and we will be back again soon. Battery died on golf cart but host responded quickly, and we had a tow, and a new cart within the hour. Thanks for everything.
