Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was well stocked and ready for us. We appreciated having control of the thermostat to adjust as we needed. The door to the bottom drawer of the fridge was broken and some of the towels were very worn. A couple complete sets of towels are needed. We especially loved the location. It was unfortunate that we could not get our mail there and a pkg was placed in the mailbox from ups. A phone call directed us to the post office but we couldn’t go there as we were leaving town but upon our return the pkg had been delivered to our door. A very pleasant stay and we wished we could have stayed another 3 months.

Enjoyed the villa!Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking!Being able to park in garage would of helped when people came over for more space on driveway and during storms. Great place to stay! Location is the best being close to Lake Sumpter!!!! Also the property manager was very accommodating!
