Welcome to Our Village Gem 2 – Steps from Lake Sumter Landing!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Stay in the heart of The Villages—only a 3-minute golf-cart ride or 7-minute walk to Lake Sumter Landing’s restaurants, shops, and nightly live music.

We named this home “Our Village Gem 2” because it’s our second Villages property and has the same comfort, care, and attention to detail that our guests love. The location, in the Village of Caroline, offers peace and privacy just steps from the action.

The Home
Enjoy an open, light-filled floor plan designed for relaxing or entertaining. After a round of golf or an evening at the Square, unwind on the sofa with the 55-inch Smart TV, or stream a favorite show in either bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, and fresh linens and towels are provided—just bring your suitcase and settle in.

Perfect Location
Few homes are this close to Lake Sumter Landing. Walk, bike, or take the golf cart to restaurants, shopping, and free nightly entertainment. From this central Caroline location you’ll have access to over 50 golf courses (14 championship, 40+ executive), multiple recreation centers, pools, fitness, pickleball, tennis, and more. Golf is free for Lifestyle ID holders on Executive Courses, with small fees for Championship play.

Dining & Relaxation
We love heading to the Square for happy hour and live music every night. Nearby Country Clubs offer great dining and entertainment, or you can enjoy a quiet meal at home. A convenient ALDI grocery store is nearby at Stillwater and Morse for all your essentials.

The house was very clean when we arrived. They are very pet friendly!! We stayed there 6 nights until we passed papers on our new house in East Port area. The property was a 4 min golf car ride to Lake Sumter. Nice fenced in back yard for our Dobe. He loved the yard and local dog parks. The beds and furniture was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the property and owners. Very easy to contact. Highly recommend staying here.

The Village Gem 2 lives up to its name😎

The property owners Bill and Laurel made sure that everything was just right for our stay. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all of the essentials. It was in a prime location.... close to Sumter Landing/Town Squares, Caroline Pools and many golf courses!
