This rental in the desirable Hemingway neighborhood where you're minutes to the Hemingway Neighborhood Recreation Center with a pool and fun outdoor activities. Surrounded by many golf courses and recreation centers seems like a fantastic choice! The location, nestled between Lake Sumter Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square where you will find FREE nightly entertainment, shopping, and many restaurants, offers convenient access to the best of both worlds.

The kitchen provides ample space to prepare and enjoy meals. The Living room boasts two sofas containing four recliners so you can put your feet up while you enjoy watching your favorite shows on the large 65 inch flatscreen TV.
The master bedroom, with its king-size bed, large walk-in closet, and private ensuite bath with a separate water closet and walk in shower provides a charming retreat. The attention to detail in the master suite adds a touch of style to the accommodation. The guest bedroom is versatile with its two twin Murphy beds, allowing for flexibility in accommodating guests. The inclusion of a desk and chair in the guest bedroom is a thoughtful addition, providing a functional workspace for those who may need it. The guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo ensures convenience for guests. With plenty of towels and linens provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms, it's clear that the hosts have taken care to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests.

This beautiful home comes complete with a 2 SEATER GAS GOLF CART & FREE WiFi internet included. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.
