Casa Bella is a rare hidden gem-comfortable, calm, and perfectly placed. This 2/2 Summerhill home offers a cute glassed-in/screened-in lanai, plus a private patio with grill for relaxed outdoor dining. Flat-screen TVs throughout (lanai, living room, and both bedrooms) to unwind anywhere. Both bedrooms include a dedicated workspace, ideal for working or planning your day. Includes a 2-seat electric golf cart and is minutes to Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs, and everyday conveniences on 466


Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

The Villages is a 55+ community and therefore has age restrictions for long term guests. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen (19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.


There is a gate at the neighborhood entrance. Push the red button for access.

Front door code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your booking date.

Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding locked areas for owner belongings and supplies. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.

The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES offer use of a golf cart. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) golf carts, if desired.

POLICIES:
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 2x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that, using the sofa bed in the living room, will incur a fee. (E.g., 2-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.

Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date

Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker. Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

Smoking: NO SMOKING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed anywhere in or on the property. Violations will result in fines.

Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

Golf Cart Maintenance Fee is $100 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Liability Waiver form to drive, if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out our online liability waiver form (which is sent you two weeks prior to booking). Upon submission, you will receive instructions with where the golf cart key is located within the home. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
