    This beautiful 3 bedroom small dog friendly home is conveniently located in the desirable Village of Sunset Pointe. Sunset Pointe is between the Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Hibiscus Recreation Center is a short ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, and much more.

    From the moment you open the door & step inside this beautiful home, you will be drawn to the bright open floor plan & stunning view of the golf course off your back lanai. Your home away from home is beautifully decorated with peace and comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends including a large walk-in pantry and breakfast nook for those afternoon lunch bites or morning snacks. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV and a gas fireplace to relax in front of. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with walk-in shower and his/her vanity sinks. The guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed & TV for your guests to relax & enjoy while the front guest room also have a nice sitting area to curl up in. The bedrooms and all bathrooms, including the ½ bath off the laundry room, are set up with extra towels and linens. When you are in need of some relaxing, head out to your private lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper or watching the golfers warm up and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the squares to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

    This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

    This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

Beautiful spacious home on golf course! Furnished with everything you need for a wonderful vacation!

Had a great time in this lovely home. The furnishings were light and airy and we felt welcomed entering the door. Floor plan is open and airy and the lanai is spacious and comfortable. Great place to relax, watch golfers and have dinner! Location is close to pool and Lake Sumter Landing via golf cart provided. Would highly recommend this home. We hope to stay there again!

It was extremely well decorated, the furnishings were new, kitchen was well-equipped and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The lanai overlooking the golf course was so relaxing with our morning coffee. The location of this home was perfect...loved taking the golf cart to the pool and nearby Sumter Landing. We will definitely keep this beautiful home in mind for a future visit!

We've been renting in The Villages for many years but this is definitely our favorite home. The owners have put much thought into the interior design with a restful color scheme and creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Location is perfect with the home on the end of a cul de sac and the lanai faceing the 2nd hole on Pelican. By day we can watch what's happening with the golfers and the nights are peaceful and quiet. Cleverly positioning on the cul de sac allows the angle of the lanai facing the golf course to have an unobstructed view on all sides. There are established live oaks and palm trees along the golf course creating a feeling of old Florida charm and other homes with their lanai’s also facing the course, are far enough away and sheltered among the trees that privacy is guaranteed.There are many types of wildlife and birds around the golf course and even when golfers are playing their ball, the red head sand cranes are often visiting, not afraid to be near people. This home is of a pleasing and beautiful design in a perfect location for us being centrally located between CR 466 and CR 466A and 10 minutes from Lake Sumter Landing using the provided golf cart. We always feel safe here and it has felt like home since the first time we entered it a few years ago. I love the palm trees that surround the house and the outside landscaping which at night are lit by solar lighting. The gas fireplace is one of my most favorite extras here. I love the master bedroom with a bed that feels like lying on a cloud and a shower with built in seat and a personal shower head. All the rooms have wooden louvres so we can sleep in without the sun waking us up. We really love this home and feel fortunate to have had the chance to rent it. We look forward to renting again this coming winter. A big thank you to the owners for allowing us to rent their future retirement home and the care and love they put into it.

Ideal location

Beautiful property overlooking 2nd tee/hole of Pelican course. Lovely furniture and comfortable beds. Villa well stocked. Short ride to Sumpter landing in supplied golf buggy. Would recommend villa and will rent again on our next visit.
