"Beautiful clean room (Room 4) with lovely comfy beds, additional things such as blankets, soap, shampoo etc and very attentive staff ( actually the owners ). High quality tea and coffee plus biscuits in the room and to top it all an excellent breakfast the next day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this delightful boutique bead and breakfast close to all amenities. "

"The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. "Historic character inn with rooms right in the centre of town. Parking is available in nearby municipal pay and display car parks - but do check with the hotel beforehand for details of which to park in as the closest is a short stay with a maximum stay of only 4 hours. There is a separate long stay car park within walking distance. Bedrooms have been stylishly brought up to twenty first century standards. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended."

"The hotel needs a lot of care and attention , cleaning which is a most. other parts need cleaning.I use the GYM when I was there, Equipment's need updated , .Lot of other places are rusted, meaning to old , good clean down.Needs a better fan for bathroom /shower, especially when having to do ANOTHER 2 IN THE toilet. NEEDS MORE STRONGER SUCTIONS. WINDOWS NEED CLEANING PLENTY COBWEBS IN EVERY AREAS. Rubbish even outside the areas need to be emptied daily, Areas where you are aloud to smoke...

"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. Bathroom dirty. Tea and coffee in the room but no milk. We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all. Terrible place "

"The family room was lovely and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. A couple of niggles in that the blind was broken in the bathroom and the rubbish bins were a bit on the small side. Staff were really lovely and nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was delicious and we had 1 meal there which was great. Lovely setting next to the river. Would highly recommend"
