We had a disabled badge, but were offered a parking disc when we arrived. Room was lovely, facing the street, but that wasnt a problem as it was quiet in the main. "I felt comfortable soon has i walked in staff where lovely, the only thing was they had a power cut for 12 hours and it was pitch black in the bedroom i know its not there fault but i have a walking disability which i try to keep to my self. But other than that i have had a fantastic stay."

"Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day."
