"This is an amazing place to stop , very clean , warm and everything you need to have a good stay , it was -3 when i stopped but was warm n snug , tesco and lidl at the end of the road. I will definitely be stopping again when im up this way "

We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."

"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "

"I was welcomed warmly and helpfully by the receptionist on my arrival. The room was very basic but the bathroom was in my view unusable. I spent the first night and found my room to be cold so I slept in my clothes to stay warm. The next day I abandoned my stay as this venue did not feel safe for a single female guests with various characters around the floors and worrying noises. I accept that I paid a very low amount to stay but there are basic requirements for a stay."
