NOMA 22 doo is a tourist agency specialized in managing facilities for tourist rental. The agency operates according to the system of complete service, the so-called. "turnkey", which includes the sale of accommodation capacity, communication with guests, check-in and check-out of guests, and cleaning. By signing the contract, the owner of the accommodation facility no longer has to worry about his business, and we show this with our slogan: NOMAtter where, NOMA 22 keeps care! Since 2023, the agency has been operating under a new social structure and name, and its experience so far includes over 20 accommodation facilities and 10 years of work in the above-mentioned way of doing business.

The hotel is located in a hidden bay with a beautiful view of the lake and untouched nature. I paid great attention to all the apartments when designing them, and each one has its own style of decoration, all to make my guests feel as comfortable as possible. Each apartment has a unique character and each tells its own story. There is a beach 50m in front of the hotel, and we also have a private beach and two moorings for boats. Equally, our guests can go from the coast to the nearby islands in a 7-meter boat with a cabin - an excursion tailored to your needs! Within the hotel, in a beautifully decorated garden, we offer you a very tasty breakfast, with a view of the lake and birdsong in the early morning; the perfect start to a new day.
Information about the neighborhood

Vrulje is a beautiful, small place on the shore of Lake Prokljan. Our guests can swim on the beautifully decorated beach 50m from the hotel. One of the most beautiful and most visited national parks, Krka National Park is only 6 km from your apartment, and the town of Šibenik is 5 km away. On the coast itself, within untouched nature, 2 km from the hotel is a picturesque restaurant to which the hosts drive their guests. The beach bar is right on the beach, 50m from the apartment. The hotel offers you a mooring service for two boats for its guests (for a surcharge), and an excursion to the nearby islands.
