"Solid lodging option. Very convenient to skiing and other Purg activities. Good wifi and everything thing else needed was there. The interior was nice, with some aspects becoming dated but not to the point of being a problem. Two related cons. The entry door is in the bedroom and it has a SIGNIFICANT draft. "This listing truly is the best location you can find in Downtown Durango. You will never need your car once you arrive. Walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the train. "Clean, quiet, comfortable stay. Host kind of forgot we were checking in, but was able to make the remaining of the check in over the phone and the general stay seamless and accommodating. Especially enjoyed being able to use the hot tub and sauna. We were the only guests at that time. Two locals helped us around the property including breakfast, recommendations, and general conversation. Overall loved it, the town, and will stay again!"

"Very Good Condo location within Cascade Village. The condo has a great view of the mountains to the east. The unit was very quiet with no road noise or any noise that we noticed from the other units in the building. Garage parking underneath the building is convenient. After check-in, it took a few hours for the radiators to get the heat up to 68 degrees. The condo has a nice fireplace which we used once. Extra wood is in a shed on the garage parking level. There is plenty of storage space...
