"Breakfast food was very good, the set up is hard to navigate when the customers don't have directions or a flow pattern. People confused on entry and exit of food line ... made for rudeness by others! Pool Cabanas to expensive and pool attendant was slow and rude to me . Maybe a second attendant on would be best."

"The gas grill ran out of propane IN THE MIDDLE OF US COOKING !!! they had THREE empty tanks as a back up. As far as the rooms go you could never EVER use the pull out couch as a bed. The couch is cut in half and when you unfold it it looks like your sleeping on an upside down couch."

Washing machines, dryers ice machine, Coke machine and everything wasn’t working order which was awesome. Only slight issue there was the AC was a little noisy and kept shutting off. "The room was clean but there is only hand soap, no other soaps offered (you have to buy them from the vending machine by the office). We had a non smoking room that smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The staff was decent, they probably deal with nasty people so they seemed to have little patience for anyone. There is NO breakfast, just coffee and tea. We only had 2 towels (with hair rolled into them) in our room upon arrival with 4 people checking in. I had to request towels and was given blue...
