"We spent a week in Gunnison leading up to Western Colorado’s graduation. We were able to easily walk around town, and visit the university. Plenty of cookware to make meals. Very clean . Easy no key locks(love that) Off street parking. Lovely decor that matched the overall Victorian house. As an historian really enjoyed the map of historic Gunnison."

"This is great location to stay when skiing at Created Butte. The property management was very responsive and I really appreciate the quick response. We would defiantly stay here again. I might suggest a few more plates and bowls so we didn’t have to fun dishwasher 2 times a day."

"We stayed in this home for a spring break ski trip. The property was perfect for our family of four. We did not feel crowded and greatly appreciated the full kitchen, which included food storage containers! Most of the time I bring baggies, expecting not to have food storage containers available. This home is located right by the shuttle stop to Crested Butte ski area, saving us time and money! We were impressed with the ski locker area as well. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room worked well for two of us. Decent bed, good mini-kitchen, ok fridge. Just what we needed for a long weekend. A bit noisy with the icemaker in the hall outside and a door that needs some sealing. Still, great location and plenty of room. Also has a responsive and positive management company that seems to be ready to help."

"This condo was as described. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the board games that are in the unit. The condo is relatively close to the lift and for the most part the walk is flat, slightly uphill on the way back from the slopes. Cons: The walls are extremely thin. We could hear every step the people in the unit above took as well as their conversations. Thankfully they were not partying at night and there were no issues with the noise during sleep hours. "Couldn’t be better for skiing- just across the street from shuttles. Bathrooms had be newly updated and had a hair dryer in each. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer in the unit. Keyless locks on the door, so no need to check in at the management company in town. Unit was clean and had the basics."
