"There are A LOT of stairs. Once you get into the unit you get more death trap stairs. I guess it’s just a fun New England feature but be aware it’s not accessible for everyone! You should tell people to drop off their luggage in front before parking in back.
The lady next door was more helpful finding the place than the owner. You need better signs in the doors. You can barely read “2” especially in the dark. The doors definitely need better marking. Otherwise good with all the appliances you...

Hablamos varias veces. No dieron indicaciones claras.

"There weren’t any trash bags in the bins, there was no water for the coffee, and we found a pair of boxers behind the tv. Other than that, the pool was great and so was the gym. The breakfast was amazing and the front desk tried their best to help. The internet wasn’t so fast but that didn’t quite matter to me. Overall, great hotel but horrible cleaning service."
