"King room (suite?) was spacious and we loved having the “kitchen” with full fridge, stovetop and microwave. This gave us so many options for our meals. Bed was comfortable. Property seemed new. Decorated in modern / mid-century modern. Gym, pool, easy parking. Breakfast was typical of this level hotel. Cooked oatmeal and hard boiled eggs appreciated. "

"Front Desk staff were excellent and most helpful in accommodating our needs. The room had not been vacuumed and had peanut shells or crackers on the carpet. All else was in good order."

"The stay was very good but there was a hot water problem. On that note, regardless of the problem, a cold shower in any hotel is always a Big Problem for someone paying so much. No discount was offered, truly not even a credit and barely an apology. Beyond a cold shower,the service met our expectations. "

"This is a lovely hotel in a nice location. It’s very fun, with a coffee bar and regular bar on the first level open to the public. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is great. I like the modern feel to everything. "

"This property was very close and convenient for the family event we were attending. Property was very neat, rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is that room and bathroom weren’t very well lit, more of a dull light than bright. "

"Just noticed the hotel room was unlocked/open when I got to my room. Didn’t bother saying anything because I just wanted a room and the room was in good condition. Just be sure that staff fully lock a new room prior to a new guest arriving. "

"This was my first trip to Saugatuck, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I’m a hotel snob (annoying to both myself and anyone I travel with). Rob called me and I was immediately set at ease.
