"Brand new units with lots of space. Full size kitchen, small living area and bedroom but big bathroom, walk in closet and even a laundry room. The staff was friendly and free snacks and sodas were appreciated. The free breakfast is not substantial like at Embassy Suites as it's just pastries, pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and fruit but it's better than nothing. The downside was that a motor in the closet made a noise the whole time and I called maintenance and they said the fan needed to stay...

"Nice place overall. The air conditioner on the 6th floor did not work. Complained to the front desk, and initially they told me it was motion sensing and because we weren't in the room it was not turning on. Went back to the room and 45 mins later it was still 78 degrees and climbing, with no windows to open, and zero cold air blowing out. I went down and complained again and they moved us into a spare room, which initially they said they didn't have availabile. The new room AC worked perfectly...

"We booked a room to get away and have some time away from kids and to sleep in. Housekeeping woke us up twice, and one time we even had the sign out that we were good for now or the do not disturb sign. Checkout wasn’t till noon and 1st wake up was 8. The drop off is actually right on street, not a pull in."

"We had no air conditioning and it was extremely hot in the rooms and hallways. Our room was by the courtyard and we were constantly woken by loud people during our stay since we had to open the windows that did not have screens."

"Did not have breakfast as described. Charged $3 per water bottle in hotel room. (Obviously snacks are never free, but I had never encountered being charged for water. Let alone $3 for a tiny bottle.) Additionally, I was not notified UNTIL I arrived that there would be no hot water in the morning. I understand that renovations and maintenance happens, but they had the ability to message me about this beforehand. I know this because they had messaged me already about something unrelated."

"The breakfast was delicious—much better than expected. The hotel had bikes that we were allowed to use for free. There were some awesome bike trails nearby and we enjoyed exploring them. The light rail was inexpensive and very convenient, although it seems as though it will be replaced with buses for the month of July to allow maintenance of the tracks. There was no restaurant in the hotel but there were some tempting restaurants within walking distance."
