"The room was large, spotless and well appointed. The staff was absolutely wonderful and what a nice perk to have such a wonderful service as the shuttle back-and-forth to the casino. I forgot the young man's name who drove the shuttle, but he was so fun. Julie at the front desk was a great representative of the hotel. Next time I come to see a concert at the casino in town I will definitely be booking the Holbrook hotel!"

"Everything was good till the fire alarm woke us up at 2 am. There was a fire in a dryer… it was hard to go back to sleep! The alarm was very loud thank God! Because no employee came to check on the guests. But everything else was very good. No iron in the room first time i seen tht at a hotel. "

"We stayed on 3rd floor. The room was large, nicely decorated, had a huge walk in shower, high wood plank ceilings and wood beams. There was a filtered water dispenser which was nice for coffee. We are not casino people but it was within easily walking distance. Our stay at The Laurel was excellent. "
