"Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at B&B Hotels! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The accommodations were just what I needed during my travels, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Great value, great service, and an all-around fantastic experience! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend B&B Hotels to anyone traveling in the area!"

"Adorable, unique, peaceful stay with a delicious breakfast. Walking distance to everything in Derby. Would recommend."

"During 4 days, nobody made our room up….. "

"The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time. The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

"Great stay in a great location."

"Lovely place and rooms were great. Some of staff didn’t know how to check us in It’s a pub, and luckily we had booked for food… the pub was very food dominated and wouldn’t have felt comfortable just drinking… food was good and place lovely though"

"Bathroom smelled really really bad, like there were drainage problems and the fire alarm triggered in my room at 5:40 for no reason waking everyone in the block - pub is fantastic though!"
