"Stayed in 410. There was a noise from the roof all night long. The room’s entry way was sticky and the glasses in the room were dirty. Probably best to offer disposable cups. The room was modern, not like the old tired rooms you find at other hotels in town. I really wanted to give this new establishment a 5 star rating but because of the noise all night long, I cannot. When we first checked in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Offered us a drink of our choice and offered free play...

"Very well maintained property in a quieter part of town. Within easy walking distance of downtown attractions. Starla was very personable and had lots of great suggestions for restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Thanks!"

The hotel appears newish. Half the rooms are on the busy highway, and windows do not block sound. My friend stayed in room on the old Main Street, and was woken by horses walking by at 530. "Pillows too large to actually use. Bathrooms from the 80s..Slots in the lobby 30 years old. Literally the historical aspect the only reason to even walk in."

"I don’t know how bad I could rate this place, yeah I know they’re doing construction work, but that wasn’t pointed out, the carpeting in there was wrinkled and needed to be ripped up badly, and you had to walk through the casino to get to the front front desk, which really wasn’t a front desk. It was a gambling desk. The place basically sucked. I would give it a zero stars if I could."

"The rooms are recently renovated. We especially liked our large bathroom. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had parking in the back. This hotel has a good amount of slot machines too. But the #1 feature, is the location of the hotel. It is right across from Outlaw Square and the Silverado. We were able to sit on the balcony with a private bartender and enjoy the free concert. Definitely, will be looking for good rates at the historic Franklin again!"

"This is the 2nd time for us staying in the yurts. Very affordable, comfy bed, cleanliness of whole property, attention to details, and beautiful location. So close to nature and owners do a nice job of providing everything you need. Lanterns, bedding, towels, toiletries, firewood, coffee. Enjoy the decorating and landscaping outside the property. There is also a gathering space with seating, games, beverages, and tv viewing. Plenty of places to gather and enjoy nature! I look forward to...

"Us 4 loved our stay! From time If check in with Darci, and the three orders, who I didn’t get their names, were all so helpful and so friendly! Which you just don’t find anymore!! The hotel was Clean! And the breakfast was good!! Our beds were very comfy! Had hiccups with our keys, but we didn’t mind! Was always taken care of immediately! Darci was a gem, as was the gentleman that was at front desk! Thank you all for the great stay! We would definitely come back to Hampton in Lead!!!!"
