"The staff at the reception including managers were awful. All five star hotels offer some discount 15-25% when you use hotel amenities. One of them said 10 per cent which was never given in 3 day stay. You eat breakfast at longe any they try to charge you service tax although you are helping yourself out there with everything and no services provided except allocating a table. "The room was clean and up to date. Both maintenance and housekeeping were good. The bed and large pillows were very comfortable. Having the Netflix app on the television was much appreciated. The staff was very attentive. The restaurant breakfast buffet was okay, lunch and dinner were good. Having access to the hotel airport shuttle was a major convenience."
