Cozy Hillside Studio Condo in Blue Mountain w/Full Kitchen, Parking Included

Nature and trails are steps away from this hillside unit! Bedding & towels are provided for use during your stay and for stays longer than 7 days, we will replace linens if requested. This studio condo sleeps 2 people most comfortably, or a family of 4 with small children. It has a queen bed and double sofa bed in an open-concept room like a hotel, which is 500 sq ft. c/w full kitchen (stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils). New 40" SMART flat screen, cable, electric mounted fireplace and a very private deck. Guests enjoy their coffee on the cozy deck, equipped with seating for 2 and a bistro style table.

The resort offers 2 outdoor tennis courts for use by NCR guests only. Open seasonally. Each court has Pickle Ball lines as well! Please pack your own equipment.

Coin laundry is available in a separate building at the front of the resort. Cost is $2.50 per load. Please pack your own supplies.

The resort Hot Tub is located at the main gatehouse and is open year round, typically 9 am - 9 pm every day. It has a gazebo for shelter from sun and snow.

The outdoor heated pool is seasonal, opening May Long Weekend and closing Labour Day.

We have a restaurant on site as well, featuring authentic Indian cuisine, called The Indian Spice. Fully licensed, with daily specials, for dining in or takeout. In warmer months, enjoy dinner on their patio with mountain views!

Great location and perfect for my husband and I - kitchen has basics (bring wine glasses if that’s your thing) Comfortable bed Challenges opening door at first but got in - clean and comfortable stay - resort is quiet which is also a bonus

The property needs some maintenance, example when you approach outside door the walls are rusty. Interior walls need repair joint, corner, ceiling cracks. Bath room exhaust fan needs to be cleaned.

The unit was clean and had everything. It is a bit old though, needs some updating, but it's all minor stuff. The bed was really comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent stay, comfortable, clean, a place to relax after a long day of walking. Would recommend.

Awesome getaway

The location was amazing and the host was great! Right next door to blue mountains north side. There was a ski rental place right next door to our vrbo called Ricks, and we were able to save money on rentals and it was very convenient for pickup and drop off. All around great trip and I would definitely go back

Nice place

Loved the location and cleanliness. Liked the fact of being provided with items like toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, towels, bedding and other useful items. Would have liked to have received the check in information at least 3 days before, for preparation instead of day of. Cancellation date should be closer to date of stay. Very friendly and responsive property manager. Would recommend owner/management to sound proof between units as occupants of units beside and above can become quite loud. Overall really pleasant stay. I would recommend to friends and family.

It was great and clean

Its a nice small studio and it was so clean. My and my parents rented for 2 nights and we were ok. It has only one bed plus the coach which u can open it and make it as a bed. So it was fine and comfortable:)

All you need

We enjoyed our stay. Everything that the owner could control was great: fully equiped kitchen, great location, wifi, tv etc. Great double bed although I would advise that the sofa bed be replaced as the springs will hurt you if you olan to sleep on it.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were getting away for a birthday weekend at Blue Mountain. Place we stayed was perfect for the two of us. Cute little studio. Very clean. About a 25 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. Cabs coming back at night were not a long wait. Teresa the owner was great. If I had a question, she got back to me right away.

Communication was abysmal

We received the welcome email 3 days before we left. It stated that a follow-up email would be received with the door code. No code was received by the time we arrived. Contacted host, eventually received 3 different codes for 2 separate rooms. Another host had to help us, as ours was of little help. This was extremely stressful. No wifi in our room, we were given access to another room's wifi instead. The location was good, and the room was as stated, but this host had poor communication and became very snarky. Also left a negative message with the host that did help us. I also have become used to a welcome folder in the room with wifi info, door info, local info, and places to eat and see, and there was nothing. We didn't find out until we were leaving and dropping off the garbage that there was a laundry at the resort. As I said at the beginning communication was abysmal!

Cosy small appartment, nicely decorated but needs an update

Nice but small appartment (studio), cosy. It is clean on the inside, but we thougt the outside is very dirty, rusty. The building has not been painted for years, the balcony is dirty and if it rains the balcony from above leaks. The appartment really needs an update/renovation. Very nice host, who always answered very soon.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had three nights at the condo, a bit chilly outside but well appointed, charming condo with everything we needed. Clean and quiet. Forgot some clothes there, the owner was kind enough to save them and get them back to me. Highly recommend this rental.
