"Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. "

"The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent"

"I would NEVER ever commend this property because they Do Not honor the contract. When I arrived, I was told my room was already rented to someone else. I waited two hours for them to clean a room for me. The room was dank and cold. It was clean, but nothing to write home about. "Hotel cerca de aeropuerto. Wl precio esta bien pero cobran demasiaso por el desayuno y la cena. El personal es agradable pero las habitaciones son mas de un tres eatrellas que un cuatro. La cama se hunde y la dicha eata bien pero se le acaba ela gua caliente. Tuvimos problemas con la reaerva que hotels.com soluciono"

"This place is owned and maintained by a lovely couple. Both are very polite and courteous, so willing to assist and guide. The grounds contain walking garden area, and a stunning swimming pool"

"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
