2. Owner requires an additional screening form due after booking.
3. The home is in a rural neighborhood that has chickens and roosters.
4. Please ensure doors and windows without screens are closed to prevent wildlife and bugs from entering. Keep food sealed and surfaces clean to deter pests. Regular pest control treatments are in place to maintain a pest-free environment.
5.14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. (With approval from the owner)
6. Thatcher is currently under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions. No fires are permitted on any public or private property within the Town limits of Thatcher. Stove fires that include propane devices that can be turned off by switch are permitted. Smoking is prohibited outdoors. Fireworks are not allowed.
