"The staff was so very helpful and nice. Every request we made was met quickly and with a smile. This city doesn't sleep much in the center so it isn't very quiet outside but the inside of the hotel was very peaceful and we slept very well! Very clean and comfortable!"

"Lovely property, feels modern on the inside and very classy on the outside. It’s a bit out of town with very limited parking options. While staff were not rude in any way, they didn’t seem interested in helping out with recommendations for what to do and when we had a bit of car trouble they weren’t even able to help with looking up a local mechanic. "We came as a family, myself and 4 daughters for a pre wedding spa break. The rooms dl were very well appointed in the modern section of the hotel. We found the restaurant facilities to be of a high standard and the food was very good. It would have been nice to have waiter service for drinks when in the bar instead of having to queue at the bar but the cocktails were very good anyway so that made up for having to queue.
