A small kitchenette is also available on this floor, fitted with 2 hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Two separate shower and WC units serve the ground floor.

The upper floor opens onto a generous living room of 34 m2, complete with a flat screen satellite TV, a CD player, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, as well as direct access to the balcony.
