"There is a lot of construction in the area, so it is noisy. The hotel is dirty, housekeeping is poor. From what we could see there was no second pool, the big pool has a roof which covers more than half of it, which they perhaps class as indoor and outdoor. "We stayed at the Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort during EDC Thailand 2025, and it was the perfect choice. Just 15-20 minutes from Boat Avenue Lakefront, where EDC is held, the location was incredibly convenient. Beach access was amazing—we could be on the sand or in a beach chair within minutes.
