"There was no kettle in the room. there were no basic supplies (like a mug, teaspoon, kettle). It was not possible to make a cup of tea. I went to reception area. They didn't have kettle at all. just coffee machine. but no option to boil water for tea. Poor service."

"Econo Lodge is close to the Charlotte Airport which made it easier to make our 4 am check in. It's a basic no frills place . Waffle house is right next door, room was clean, beds were comfortable. All we needed"

"Doors slammed all night, syringe and needle in the parking lot behind out vehicle, carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, furniture falling apart in room, could not access exit door with key card because lock was broken so the only way in or out was at the opposite end of building from where our room was. Would not stay here again "

"The pool was closed, the bar was closed. The property smelled like marijuana, nobody ever cleaned. I booked the hotel because of the amenities and was not worth the money AT ALL. Don’t waste your money or time. The rooms were dirty and they have a door that connect to the next room and it is only blocked off with tape. Just horrible"

"I was really disappointed the manager was very nasty and yelling at me the breakfast included had bugs in the cereal and I saw a lot of bugs in my room it was a horrible experience "

"The male desk clerk has the worst attitude. The towels are nasty dingy. The sheets are also dingy and stained. The comforter was the same with white spots on it. Luckily, I travel with linen; sheets and towels. The only saving grace was there were no bugs!"
