"Hotel Jackson was ideally located in the center of Jackson, easy walking to restaurants and sites. Lux appointments throughout the property and staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities (gym, spa) were very nice as well - highly recommend if you're looking for a 5 star in downtown area."

"The location of this hotel was amazing. However, the bathroom was entirely too small and the entire place could use an upgrade. The staff was really nice, but the lounge area lacked key essentials like milk for the cereal they had as a breakfast option. Overall I would recommend as a good reasonably priced option to stay in Jackson hole that’s close to all of the restaurants and shops."

"Stayed for three nights in a double queen room, the room itself was spacious with nice amenities and a comfortable bed. Motel location was perfect - just a 5-10 min walk away from everything downtown, no need to drive the car out again. Only complaint was the noise: rooms were not very soundproof."

"Avoid!! Don't be tricked by the luxurious photos and amenities. Not sure how the Marriott name is attached to this hotel with this service. You get no help with suitcases, desk explained nothing about the available amenities you sort of have to figure it out yourself. The room I got was absolutely terrible, I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise. First it was people outside being noisy at midnight, then the AC units were right outside next to the building which were running none stop....

"My husband and I stayed for one night and it was great. We’ve never stayed at a hostel before but the bathrooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the other guests were considerate. The staff was also helpful. Parking for us was easy as we found a spot along the main road and it’s centrally located, so we could easily walk into the downtown area. We would definitely stay again in the future!"
