"We stayed overnight for a concert in the area. The staff were so friendly and greeted us immediately. The area was bright and clean. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and loved the lemon sugar hand and body wash.
We did not use the gym. We did see a cute little Chihuahua coming out, so it is pet friendly. "

"When we first got there the room stunk. The fridge didnt work and there was no microwave or coffe maker and i was under the impression there was to be a couch in the room also but they said they havent had any in the room in years. The pictures on the web site is very misleading. It shows couches in the rooms and updated fridge, microwave etc.Then the next day my husband talk to the manager and he apologized and moved us to another room. This room was ok but the microwave didn't work and still...

"The room and clarity was nice.
The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside? "
