"Great hotel with a beautiful view and rooms. Staff was great, will be back for sure."

"La vista es muy bonita, el lugar muy tranquilo."

"Very nice hotel. Staff well prepared, very polite and solution oriented. Nice room with coffee machine and nice view. Good breakfast. The twin size bed was 2 beds together. That’s the only thing I disliked. I’ll be back next year "

"There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of old town Zürich."

"Beautiful apartment located in a great location near great restaurants, shops and river! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend this apartment."

"Room was exceptional. Did not read that the rooftop pool was an extra charge in the amenities for hotel guests; it seemed to read as a charge for the general public to use the pool and the spa, the way it was worded. Hotel was one of the very best and the food excellent"
