"Camalù" is a bright and elegantly furnished 4-room penthouse of 150 m2, located on the 3rd floor and designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that sets the tone for the comfortable and well-appointed interiors throughout the property. The living and dining room is a generous shared space featuring a double sofabed, making it a versatile area for relaxation and socialising. From here, as well as from other rooms in the apartment, you have direct access to the large 30 m2 terrace, where terrace furniture is provided and a partial view of the sea and the resort can be enjoyed. The kitchen and living area is fully equipped and open in layout, complete with a dining table and a decorative open-hearth fireplace, which adds a charming aesthetic touch though it is intended for decorative purposes only. Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 are double bedrooms, each fitted with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating, and both offering access to the terrace. The third room is configured with 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms serve the property comfortably: one is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC, while the second features a shower and WC.
