"일단 4인가족이 커넥팅룸 가능해서 예약하였고 메일도 보내놨으나 체크인시 불가하다고 안내받음. 4일 투숙으로 중간에라도 변경 가능한지 물어봤지만 이후 진행상황 안내없었음. 화장실 샤워실 배수구 뚜껑위에 보란듯이 5센치 이상되어 보이는 대왕바퀴 사체가 뒤집어져있음. 벌레 공포증이 심해서 남편 불러 사체 치움. 화장실 갈때마다 공포 스러워 계속 두리번 거림. 수건도 샤워 후 이용하니 온몸에 먼지가 들러붙음. 결국 한장도 사용하지 않고 가져간 옷으로 타올로 사용. 수영장 타올도 비치되어있지 않아 방에 있는 수건 가져와야함. 조식.. ..."
