"Excellent location to explore Riva del Garda. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was ‘broken’ which meant the room was hot throughout our stay and staff were vague when asked if this would be fixed. The pool was a nice addition to the hotel and breakfast was good standard every day although no variety, same each day. The room we had was fairly basic but clean, the bathroom wasn’t great, not much room to manoeuvre - anyone tall staying in that room would really struggle fitting under...

"Schönes und stilvolles Hotel, mit einen grosszügigem Zimmer, zuvorkommendem Service und einer tollen Gastfreundschaft. Einzig die Kopfkissen sind statt aus Federkissen mit einer Art Schaumstoff und was auch unpassend ist, dass sowohl im Restaurant und in der Bad Gäste im Bademantel sind - das ist niveaulos von den Gästen und in einem stilvollen Hotel nicht angebracht und gegenüber anständigen Gästen rücksichtslos."
