  • Encantadora 'verdadera cabaña de Maine' a solo unos pasos del océano y su propia playa privada. La vista es espectacular, especialmente con la salida de la luna llena, de ahí el nombre, Tenants Harbor Moonlight Cottage. La luz de la luna tiene dos habitaciones, una con una cama queen size y la segunda habitación con dos camas individuales, una como cama nido. La cabaña tiene un baño completo (solo ducha) y una cocina bien equipada. Hay una gran sala con una mesa para cuatro y una sala de estar completa con una chimenea de leña para esas noches frías de Maine. La madera se puede comprar en la tienda general cercana. Calefacción eléctrica si es necesario. TV por cable básico, teléfono e internet están incluidos. ¡Una terraza frente al océano con una mesa y cuatro sillas para disfrutar de la vista o disfrutar de su propio festín de langosta! Cómodo y acogedor; ¡querrás volver año tras año!

The cottage was clean, welcoming and had the best of kitchen cooking, baking products. We had a wonderful week on the waterfront. The fireplace made it so cozy on cool nights. Would love to go back!

This cottage was perfect for experiencing the coast of Maine: private setting near a lobstering harbor, expansive views with beautiful light at daybreak and dusk, and placed near the water for reading, conversation, reflection, or simply taking in the horizon. One bonus we enjoyed were the superb kitchen appliances (e.g. stove, coffee maker, microwave). We loved this place and took lots of photos to remember our stay.Steve

Maine home away from home

This is a beautiful property with so many areas to enjoy the weather. We loved watching the lobster boats and wildlife. The evenings were spent drinking coctails beside the firepit. A great place to spend a week in the heat of the summer.

Everything about staying at this property was easy and relaxing! Plenty of gorgeous views, kitchen implements, bedding, amenities, and fire wood! The host was so responsive and professional to ensure a seamless stay! Neighborhood was quiet and friendly! We had a lovely time!

This property is cozy and stunning at the same time. Quaint and quiet......perfect for relaxing. The views are breathtaking and sunrises are spectacular. The cottage has everything you need and what is better is that everything is high quality. Overall a wonderful experience!

Down East Peace and Quiet

Property was sparkling clean and a very welcoming retreat. It was delightful to watch the boats coming and going, beautiful sunrises and moonrises over the harbor. Lovely quiet spot for rest and relaxation.

The Moonlight Cottage, situated on a working harbor with an amazing view of Southern Island and the Gulf of Maine, is the quintessential Maine cottage. The kitchen is quite well equipped, there is easy access to the water for kayaking (rentals from Port Clyde Kayaks) and the cottage location, in Tenants Harbor, allows easy access to hiking and fantastic restaurants in nearby Rockland, Rockport and Camden.

Perfect in every way!

The property was exactly as described, very clean, well stocked and had great linens! The view and property were the perfect restorative retreat for our family. We'll definitely be booking again next year and giving referrals to family and friends.

Anniversary get away

We had a great stay at the cottage. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the back deck was amazing and we spent hours watching the boats come and go and the tides roll in and out!! We will return!

Sitting at the firepit outside, directly on the rocky beach and the Atlantic Ocean was magical ! We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay in this classic cottage. The location is unparalleled and the cottage immaculate. Our dog was in in heaven running on the rocks and beach all week. We look forward to our next stay at Moonlight Cottage!.

Sublime!

We had a lovely week in this small Maine coastal fishing village. Classic cottage comforts with the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets viewed from the deck rocking chairs overlooking the harbor. Couldn't have been more perfect.

Thomaston is quiet and beautiful. Close to Port Clyde and Rockland. Good lighthouses to visit near both spots. The Happy Clam restaurant in St. George has good food but pricey. McCloons in S. Thomaston is the place to go for great lobsters/lobster rolls. Camden Maine is not too far. The house on Barter Rd. is comfortable but very small; OK for two with well equipped kitchen. Rent is too high.

Just perfect

The property was even better than we expected and perfect for our family of three. The setting was beautiful and the private waterfront was priceless. Very responsive and thoughtful property manager. Looking forward to returning.
