The customer service is very good from the moment you enter the hotel, in my case the receptionist Marx treats me with great kindness.
I have already been to several hotels but this has been the best by far and the view when it's snowing is wonderful.

"Three of us from Fairbanks stayed two nights at Tuck and Lisa’s lodge, it was just amazing!! We saw seals, whales, and hummingbirds everyday from the deck.
